All Season Sunrooms in Nassau County

Nassau County is our most active all season sunroom territory. The projects shown above in Garden City, Massapequa, Manhasset, and Oceanside represent a fraction of the all season sunroom installations we have completed across Nassau. We serve every Nassau County municipality — from the South Shore barrier communities (Long Beach, Oceanside) to the North Shore villages (Manhasset, Great Neck, Port Washington) and the interior suburban towns (Levittown, Hicksville, East Meadow, Massapequa).

East Massapequa and Massapequa are two of our most requested Nassau County towns for all season sunroom additions. The typical Massapequa colonial has a rear concrete patio or deck that converts well to an all season enclosed room — either a patio enclosure on the existing slab or a four-season room with a new mini-foundation. Four-season sunrooms in Massapequa and East Massapequa run $22,000–$48,000 depending on size and HVAC configuration. Patio enclosures on existing slabs start around $18,500.

All Nassau County sunroom additions require Town of Hempstead or Town of Oyster Bay building permits depending on your municipality. We handle all permit applications, inspections, and certificate of occupancy as part of our full-service installation.
